Class description: A wonderful way of communicating love through nurturing touch and promotes the bonding process between parent and child. Empowers the parent to recognise and respond to their baby's cues. Class covers: Colic Routine, Full body massage, Gentle exercises. Benefits include: Relief, Stimulation, Relaxation and Interaction.

Cost:
R420 (4 week course 1 hour per week) - Includes parent manual, weekly notes and massage oil. Certificate on completion of course.

Instructor info: Silvana is a wife and mother of two daughters aged 7 and 8yrs. She is a Baby Massage Instructor (qualified through the International Association of Infant Massage); Dunstan Baby Language Intructor and Breastfeeding Counselor.
